Version: 2026-11-02. iPhone Kupi Dance AI is the product brand used in these terms; it is not a statement of a registered legal entity name.

1. Terms acceptance

These terms govern your use of iPhone Kupi Dance AI at https://iphonekupidance.org. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. Read the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Refund Policy as well. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement. Use only your own photo or a photo of an adult who has expressly authorized this AI use. Do not submit photos of minors.

3. Service description

Upload one photo, and our AI combines prepared prompts and reference scene images to generate a new personalized video.

Register or sign in, buy credits through a one-time purchase, and use credits to create approximately 15-second, 9:16 vertical dance videos. Available qualities include 480P and 720P. Check the generator for the current options and credit cost before submitting. Completed videos can be played and downloaded in My Videos.

4. Seedance 2.5 model disclosure

Powered by Seedance 2.5. This is the video-generation model used by the service, not a model developed by this website. Generation depends on third-party model availability and safety restrictions. Model disclosure does not imply endorsement, ownership or an unrestricted license to model-related intellectual property.

5. Account responsibilities

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not share access to facilitate abuse or misrepresent your identity. Contact support if you lose access.

6. Uploaded photo rights and consent

You must hold the necessary photo rights and the depicted adult's informed permission for AI processing and the intended sharing of the result. Permission to possess a photo does not necessarily include permission to synthesize a performance. You retain rights you already hold in your uploads; you authorize us and necessary providers to process them to review, generate, deliver and support the requested service, subject to our Privacy Policy. This does not grant us an unrestricted right to advertise with your likeness.

7. Credits and one-time purchases

Credit packs are one-time purchases with no automatic subscription renewal or automatic top-up. See the current Pricing page. Each purchase authorizes a single charge for the amount displayed at checkout. Prices, currency, pack quantity and generation costs are shown before purchase or submission. Credits are added after successful payment. Purchased credits under the current packs do not expire; promotional grants may have separately stated validity. Credits are service units, not money, a deposit or a transferable investment. Their validity is separate from media access periods and refund request periods.

8. Payments and billing

Review the order and any applicable taxes before paying, and use a payment method you are entitled to use. Only payment methods actually offered at checkout are available; a provider integration does not mean it is enabled for purchases. Waffo Pancake is our designated payment provider and acts as Merchant of Record for transactions through its checkout for payment, taxes and transaction-related refund handling. Its Buyer Terms apply to that transaction alongside our product terms. We remain responsible for product support. New purchases remain unavailable while checkout is closed. A payment attempt is not proof of successful settlement. Report missing credits or incorrect charges with your order number.

9. AI-generated content limitations

AI output is synthetic and variable. We do not guarantee frame-by-frame correspondence with examples, exact likeness, identical movements or objects, perfect lipsync, or a particular audience response. Do not present generated content as an authentic recording, evidence or endorsement. A detail difference alone is not a technical failure; materially defective or undeliverable service is addressed under the Refund Policy and applicable law.

10. Video delivery and downloads

Generation times vary; a delay alone does not establish final failure. Check task status and contact support about unresolved issues. Final video access lasts 7 days from successful saving. Opening the task again does not extend it. Save your copy before expiry. This service is not permanent file storage. Access restrictions and storage cleanup are distinct, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

11. Content usage and sharing

You may download your results and share them only where you have the necessary rights and comply with these terms, applicable law and platform rules, including AI labeling. Purchase does not transfer third-party rights in music, performances, likenesses, brands or other material. We do not guarantee exclusive copyright, commercial clearance or an unrestricted commercial license. Assess any intended commercial use separately and obtain any necessary permissions. Our website, branding and service software remain subject to their owners' rights.

The input license is limited and non-exclusive, for providing the requested service. As between you and this service, you retain any rights you hold in your output, subject to third-party rights and applicable law. No exclusive or copyrightable result is guaranteed.

12. Prohibited activities and enforcement

Pornographic / Sexually Explicit / NSFW Content: Do not use this website to upload, generate or distribute pornography, sexually explicit material or NSFW sexual content, including general adult pornography. This prohibition applies even when all depicted persons are adults and consent; consent does not create an exception.

Violence and Gore: Violent or graphic content, including gore, extreme injury, mutilation, torture, depictions of severe physical harm, and content that promotes, encourages, or glorifies real-world violence.

Do not upload unauthorized photos, impersonate deceptively, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, create unlawful or abusive content, exploit minors, commit fraud or bypass moderation and security. See the full Acceptable Use Policy. For these violations, including pornographic, sexually explicit or NSFW sexual content, we may reject uploads or generation requests, warn the user and require removal or correction of violating content. Automated screening can reject a request; it is not an account-wide suspension or deletion mechanism. You may request review through support. Any credit or refund consequences remain subject to our policies and non-excludable rights.

13. Refunds and consumer rights

A wholly unused credit pack from a single order may be submitted for a full refund within 7 days after successful payment, subject to support review of that order's usage. Confirmed final generation failures return the relevant website credits; this is different from a cash refund. Duplicate charges, billing errors, non-delivery and statutory claims are assessed separately. The 7-day policy does not limit rights under Waffo's applicable Buyer Terms or mandatory consumer law. Used credits are not refundable under the voluntary unused-pack policy. Mandatory remedies remain available. Account closure requests do not introduce a new credit-expiry deadline or automatically forfeit a statutory refund claim; contact support to resolve outstanding balances and orders before closure.

14. Availability and liability

Maintenance, outages and provider interruptions may affect service availability. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or flawless AI output. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses from use of the service or losses caused by unauthorized uses outside our control. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees, fraud or other mandatory protections. Contact support to address delivery or service defects.

15. Changes, independence and contact

We may update these terms, with notice of material changes where required. Updates do not remove accrued purchase rights. iPhone Kupi Dance AI is an independent service, not affiliated with or the official website of Apple, TikTok or related creators. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Please send billing disputes to the support address with the order reference; this does not restrict access to your payment provider or statutory dispute remedies.
