Acceptable Use Policy | iPhone Kupi Dance AI

This policy covers uploaded images, generation instructions, generated videos, and use or distribution of results through iPhone Kupi Dance AI.

Adult use and photo authorization

You must be 18 or older. Upload only a photo of yourself or another adult who has explicitly authorized this AI processing and the intended use of the result. Obtain any necessary copyright and likeness rights. Public availability of a photo is not permission. Do not submit photos of minors or use another person's identity without authorization.

Prohibited content and conduct

• Pornographic / Sexually Explicit / NSFW Content: Do not use this website to upload, generate or distribute pornography, sexually explicit material or NSFW sexual content, including general adult pornography. This prohibition applies even when all depicted persons are adults and consent; consent does not create an exception.
• Violence and Gore: Violent or graphic content, including gore, extreme injury, mutilation, torture, depictions of severe physical harm, and content that promotes, encourages, or glorifies real-world violence.
• Deepfake / impersonation: Face swaps, nudification, fabricated intimate interactions between real people, and fabricated speech or actions by real people are prohibited, regardless of consent. This includes placing an identifiable real person in an invented action or event. Authorization to upload does not create an exception.
• Hate speech: Content attacking protected groups, inciting genocide or ethnic hatred, or promoting discriminatory violence is prohibited.
• Terrorism and serious illegal use: Do not promote or assist terrorism, violent extremism, mass violence, weapons of mass destruction, trafficking or other serious crime.
• Fraud, scams, fabricated endorsements, self-harm encouragement, malware, phishing, spam, unauthorized resale of access and misleading evidence are prohibited.
• Illegal content, threats, harassment, hate, exploitation, non-consensual sexual material, or content violating privacy or personal dignity.
• Sexual, exploitative or otherwise inappropriate content involving minors, including synthetic depictions.
• Infringement of copyrights, trademarks, publicity or personality rights, including unauthorized photos, music or branding.
• Attempts to bypass review, age requirements, account restrictions, payment protections or other safety mechanisms; abusive automation or interference with the service.

Authorization from a depicted person does not make otherwise prohibited activity permissible. Do not submit sensitive documents or unrelated private information as a photo.

Sharing AI-generated videos

Check the result before publishing. Identify synthetic content where required by the destination platform or law, and do not imply it records a real performance or endorsement. Follow the platform's AI labeling and content rules. Purchasing credits does not clear third-party rights or guarantee commercial permission.

Current review mechanisms

Uploaded photos undergo automated image screening using nsfw-filter-2; the system template also receives text screening. Waffo Prompt Sift checks the final generation prompt before submission. A block prevents generation; a review result or unavailable check does not authorize generation. These checks happen before generation credits are reserved. The current interface does not accept a user-written generation prompt.

The service does not currently perform a separate video-output safety review before delivery. Input screening cannot establish that every generated frame is safe. Automated checks also cannot establish ownership or consent. There is no public user gallery, dedicated manual-review queue, or promised periodic safety audit. These limitations do not permit prohibited uses.

Review and enforcement

For confirmed pornographic, sexually explicit or NSFW sexual content, violence, gore or other violations, we may, depending on severity, reject uploads or generation requests, warn the user and require removal or correction of violating content. Automated screening can reject a request; it is not an account-wide suspension or deletion mechanism. Serious suspected unlawful conduct may be handled in accordance with law, including cooperation with competent authorities where necessary. Automated review may make mistakes and cannot guarantee every harmful use is detected. Refunds and credit returns follow our Refund Policy and applicable law; a moderation decision does not itself promise a cash refund or erase statutory rights.

Severity and report handling

Reports should identify the applicable category: L1 — child sexual exploitation, terrorism or other serious suspected crime; L2 — pornography/NSFW, deepfakes, severe violence or hate; L3 — rights infringement or repeated misuse; L4 — other policy concerns or possible mistakes. The category and evidence guide the response; classification alone does not automatically impose an account penalty or confiscate credits.

Support reviews the supplied task reference and available records, may ask for clarification, decides what available action is appropriate, and communicates the outcome through the support correspondence. Automated rejection prevents the request from proceeding; correspondence can be used for warnings and appeals. There is no promised automatic acknowledgement, fixed response deadline, independent appeal team or 24-hour staffing. Reports should contain only necessary evidence and must not be knowingly false.

Content complaints and appeals

Contact support@iphonekupidance.org to report unauthorized likeness use, impersonation, copyright or trademark issues, or other harmful content. Identify the content or task where possible, explain the concern and your rights or authority to act, and provide a contact address. Send only information necessary to investigate; do not send illegal material, passwords or full card details.

If you believe a moderation or account decision was mistaken, contact the same address with the task or account reference and an explanation. We may request relevant information and review the decision; no particular outcome is guaranteed. Information in reports is handled under our Privacy Policy.
