This policy explains personal-data processing for iPhone Kupi Dance AI at https://iphonekupidance.org. Contact support@iphonekupidance.org about this policy or your data. Third-party services may have their own privacy terms.

iPhone Kupi Dance AI identifies the product brand, not a registered legal entity or a separately identified legal data controller.

Information we process

• Account details: name, email, account identifier, authentication records and, where supplied, profile image. Password-based accounts use protected password verification data rather than a publicly readable password.
• Google sign-in: when you choose Google OAuth, we receive the profile information and authentication identifiers authorized through that login, such as name, email and profile image. We do not receive your Google password.
• Uploaded photos: the image you submit, associated file information, and review outcomes needed to check and process the request. Photos may identify you or the person depicted; obtain their authorization before uploading.
• Generated videos and task records: outputs, selected settings, task IDs, status, timestamps, error information and access records needed to generate, deliver and troubleshoot videos.
• Credits and purchases: order references, purchased packs, amounts, currencies, payment and refund status, and credit grants, deductions and returns. Payment details entered at checkout are handled by the checkout provider; do not send us full card details.
• Technical and support information: IP address, browser/device information, security and usage logs, support correspondence and evidence you provide with complaints.

Why we use information

We process information to provide accounts and video creation, review uploads, deliver results, administer credits and purchases, respond to requests, prevent fraud and misuse, maintain security and meet legal obligations. Where applicable, the legal bases are performance of our agreement, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, legal obligations, and consent where required. You may withdraw consent for consent-based processing without affecting earlier lawful processing.

AI processing and service providers

Upload one photo, and our AI combines prepared prompts and reference scene images to generate a new personalized video.

Necessary third-party AI content-review and generation providers process uploaded materials and related task data. Infrastructure, hosting, private storage, authentication and support providers may process information needed for their services. Processing is not limited to this website's own servers. We share information for these purposes, lawful requests and rights protection, rather than publishing your uploads as a public gallery.

Waffo Pancake is our designated payment provider and Merchant of Record. For transactions processed through its checkout, it and its payment partners process payment, billing, fraud-prevention, tax and refund information under their applicable privacy terms. We receive the transaction information needed to manage orders and credits. See the Waffo Buyer Terms.

Waffo Prompt Sift receives the final generation text for safety screening. We retain the prompt digest, decision, reason, request reference, check time and retry state. Image and text screening records include status and provider task references; they are not a complete archive of every model score or human-review decision.

Our application does not collect or store full payment-card numbers. PayPal is not currently offered as a payment method on this website. New purchases remain unavailable while checkout is closed.

Private storage and access

The deployed configuration uses Cloudflare hosting, D1 for application records and private R2 storage for uploaded photos and saved videos. The media bucket is located in eastern North America (ENAM). This location does not establish the location of all database records or third-party processing. Media are held in private storage with restricted access. The website checks account authorization for video playback and downloads; necessary providers receive limited access for processing. Authorized personnel may access relevant information to support users, investigate abuse or meet legal requirements. Private access does not mean that no third party processes the data. Protect your account and any downloaded copies.

Retention, access expiry and deletion

• Uploaded photos: the website's photo-processing access period is 3 days from the photo's first storage. Reusing the same stored photo does not restart that period. A photo rejected before storage may still have been processed by a review provider.
• Final videos: playback and download access lasts 7 days from successful saving of the completed video. Reopening the task does not extend access. Download your copy before expiry.
• Physical deletion: Enabled storage lifecycle rules schedule uploaded photos for deletion after 3 days and generated video objects after 7 days, based on object age in storage. Cleanup is asynchronous; the configured age does not guarantee physical erasure at that exact moment. These rules cover our stored media, not independent provider copies, backups or account and transaction records. Contact us for deletion requests.
• Other records: account, order, credit, task, security and support records are distinct from media files and may be kept as necessary for service administration, accounting, fraud prevention, legal obligations and disputes. We do not promise that deleting a video removes these records.
• Third parties: providers may retain processing copies or records under their own rules and legal obligations. We cannot promise their copies are deleted simultaneously with website files. Copies you download or share are outside our storage controls.

Account, transaction, support and screening records are handled separately from the media lifecycle rules. Their retention depends on the applicable operational, legal and dispute requirements; a media deletion schedule does not establish their deletion date.

International processing and security

Information may be processed outside your country by service providers. Where required, international transfers need applicable legal safeguards. We use access controls, private storage and other technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your requests and choices

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection to processing, or withdraw consent. Email support@iphonekupidance.org with your registered email and enough detail to identify the request. We may verify identity proportionately and explain any lawful retention exceptions. You may also complain to the data-protection authority competent for your location. Account deletion does not itself decide cash-refund eligibility; see the Refund Policy.

Cookies and analytics

We use necessary authentication and security cookies and preference storage. Optional analytics and third-party features depend on the services actually configured. Our Cookie Policy explains the implemented settings and how to manage browser storage. This policy does not claim that every optional tracker is enabled.

Children and other people's information

The service is for adults aged 18 or older. Do not submit photos of minors. If you believe a child has provided information or someone's likeness was used without authorization, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
